Columbia University Club of Washington, DC (CUCDC) will be assisting Food & Friends, a local charity that provides meals and nutritional counseling for persons with life-threatening illnesses (primarily HIV/AIDS and cancer). The CUCDC has volunteered to work in the pantry assembling/packing meals which will be distributed to the families/individuals. We need volunteers!
PLEASE NOTE that only ten people are needed for this event, and you will be signed up on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please send an email to tclarkson@hns.com and put "Date of the event (i.e. 12/18 for December event and so on), Columbia Volunteer" in the subject line. Thanks for helping our neighbors!

When you arrive at Food & Friends, you will need to sign in at the front, please let them know that you are with the Columbia University Club of Washington, DC and that you are going to work in the pantry. A Food & Friends representative will help you.
